Breaking the tape

Did you see the American Olympian come from behind to win her race in the last 50 yards of the race? With 100 yards to go in the race as she rounded the final curve ten yards behind the Russian runner, the american racer pressed on faster and faster toward the finish line.
With everyone except Russia cheering her on, the American runner inched closer to her Russian counterpart. The announcers began to comment that the Russian runner was glancing up at the jumbo tron instead of concentrating on the finish lie. The Americans' eyes were focused on the finished line. The intensity flowed. The pressure of four years of work seemed to propel her forward as she crossed the finish line just inches ahead of the breathless, exhausted russian.

Is it hard for you to see the finish line? Looking at yourself on the big jumbo tron of self or concentrating on breaking the tape?

You have worked really hard so far. Why stop now? Keep your eye on the goal.
Focusing is the key.
